THE CALCULATORICA PARTIES DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF THE CALCULATORICA PARTIES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE EXCEED ONE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS (US $100.00). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN SUCH CASES, THE LIABILITY OF THE CALCULATORICA PARTIES SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Calculatorica Parties from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, suits, proceedings, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of or access to the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right; or (d) any claim that your use of the Service caused damage to a third party. This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination of these Terms and your use of the Service.

11. Modifications to Terms

Calculatorica reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time and at our sole discretion.
